So today is my birthday! So grateful to have had the year I had even with its ups and downs. I am also grateful to my many friends who have supported me throughout the year. I continue to enjoy giving Reiki to Wellspring cancer clients each Monday. Thursday evenings I attend Toastmasters and get to hang out with some pretty amazing people and friends. I also get to laugh for most of the two hours. How cool is that! I am also grateful to my clients who believe in the work I do and feel so much better for it. I am honoured to help them stay balanced and healthy.
I am also appreciative of nature. This past week I have had a robin and a cardinal in the bird bath at the same time! A hummingbird joined our back-yard bird wildlife! Chickadees, sparrows and of course the squirrels all appeared. I also greeted a little mouse by our shed. The bonus this week was to see several monarch butterflies! I have seen them quite a bit this summer. Not so in past years. So glad I have milkweed in my gardens. I hope you take the time to appreciate all that you have in your life.
An update on my Granddaughter who had severe reactions to mosquito bites. She still gets bitten but has not had any recurrence of the large lumps nor the pain associated with this. She has the usual small itchy lumps like we all do. This is great because she will be enjoying some Cra Cra and Grandma time at our trailer soon. We look forward to swimming, camp-side fires with marshmallows, playing frisbee, etc. Her sister will be there as well. At 3 she is not sure yet if she will stay with us overnight. This is not likely this year.
I often get questions about the allergy work I do. First, there are no needles involved. It is all energy work. I start with a mini Reiki session to balance you before I begin to do the allergy work. A small vial (containing electromagnetic signatures of a possible allergen + distilled water and ethanol) is placed above the belly button. Muscle testing is done to determine whether there may be a reaction or not. It can be determined if the reaction is an allergy or an intolerance. Both can be corrected using Health Kinesiology and Universal Techniques, however sometimes with intolerance a correction may be to a certain level.
For example, if you are reacting to grapes as an intolerance, you may be able to eat 10 without causing any issues. More than that will cause you to react. Your body can be pretty forgiving up to a point. If you flood your system with too much, then the reactions occur. For me I have an intolerance to wheat. I can, with digestive enzymes before a meal, limit the reaction I get. If I overdo eating wheat say at a BBQ I will still get the bloating, nausea, etc., as I have exceeded my limit. I continue to work on me by increasing my tolerance.
With allergy work, sneezing, coughing, congestion, headaches, drippy nose, etc., can be greatly reduced or eliminated all together. Other major symptoms of tingling in the mouth and throat can also be reduced or eliminated as well. I have had many people approach me with pet fur to help them have minimal reactions to their pets. This may not work in every case, however in my 30+ years I have only had one where it did not work. There were many other physical issues of eczema etc in this case. The numerous testimonials can be seen to show my results.
The allergy corrections can be done in person; however, it is just as effective long distance through Reiki I can send to you as if you were in my office. My clients have ranged from California to Toronto and parts in between. My home office does have the advantage of a large salt lamp which helps to open sinuses and clear your head. I also work every other Friday at Space to Grow on Hamilton Road in London Ontario. Booking is by appointment only at 519 668-2369. I welcome any enquiries about any of the work I do.

Enjoy the last of the summer season. Summer has flown by for me. I hope you have been able to enjoy every moment. Next week I head to GT’s in Port Stanley for a birthday lunch with my girlfriends. Hopefully the weather will be awesome, and I can get some swimming in too. Always a blast!
Until next time… be well.
